We provide cost-effective, universal cooling tower and evaporative condenser parts, manufactured locally and available to order. Specialising in Air Inlet Louvres, Cooling Tower Fill, Eliminators and Accessories.

SEARLE-BUSH
AIR INLET LOUVRE
The air inlet louvre material is standard Black PVC and 65 mm deep. The standard air inlet louvre has a flat sheet between every 4th curved sheet.
As an option we manufacture the louvre with 1 flat sheet between every 2nd curved sheet.
Maximum length of air inlet louvres is 2400 mm
We can make the louvre size to suit your existing louvre frame.
Fibreglass or stainless steel frames are available.

COOLING TOWER FILL
We have many options of Black PVC fill available with different spacings.
Fill bundles are typically 1200 long x 300 wide x 300 high and 2400 mm bundles are available on request.
TB6.5 - for high performance with maximum fill surface area.
TB12 – This is the most common fill with a total opening size of 24 mm
TB 19 – For dirtier applications, this Fill gives capacity and does not clog easily and has an opening size of 38 mm
TB 27 – For exceptionally dirty applications, this Fill does not clog easily and gives longer service interval periods between cleaning the fill. The cooling tower needs to be rated to suit this application.
Fill total opening size of 54 mm - ABS fill and eliminators for high temperature applications.
